Come & join KULABODY for delectable day of sheer bliss. A nourishing half day retreat, honoring you. Kulabody will create a beautiful healing space for you to be held & supported.
Start the day with a deep dive into pranayama, deepening your understanding of how to implement breathwork daily into your life. Followed by a grounded restorative practice using a variety of techniques that will settle & release tension from the nervous system.
We will then set aside time to unpack what it is in your life that creates tension & give you tools & techniques to help you navigate life more effortlessly. You will have the option to rejuvenate in either an ice bath, infrared sauna or float. The day will be topped off with a beautiful healing sound shower, yoga nidra & deep relaxation.
Jen is the owner of KULABODY & has been teaching & practicing the art of Yoga, anatomy, philosophy & meditation for over 20 years. Light refreshments, tea & soul connection will be offered on the day.
