how to book

It’s really quite simple! 

  1. Go to the timetable and find the class you wish to attend.
  2. Click on the 'BOOK' button.
  3. Follow the prompts to create an account with us!

Wondering when to start?

After your 6 week check-up and once you get the okay from your healthcare professional that it is okay for you start!

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your lovely self and baby first and foremost! If you have your own mat and towel, we do encourage you to bring it. However, if this is not possible or if you do forget, mats, blocks and bolsters will be available for you to use at the studio. A water bottle is always a good idea too!

Now for bub, bring a blanket for them to lay on and a few of their favourite toys. Feeding (breast and bottle) is encouraged in the class and if you’re comfortable, you don’t even need to leave your mat!

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you come to us you can expect that we will look after you and your bub. You don’t need to be bendy, strong or own a designer pair of leggings to come to us. We embrace all walks of life and ultimately the most important thing is you come with a good attitude and smile.
