Wondering when to start?

If you already have a consistent yoga practice, you are welcome to start the prenatal yoga classes at any time. However, if you are new to yoga we recommend waiting until your 13th week before commencing. It is best to start as early as you can in your second trimester.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your lovely self first and foremost! If you have your own mat and towel, we do encourage you to bring it. However, if this is not possible or if you do forget, mats, blocks and bolsters will be available for you to use at the studio. A water bottle is always a good idea too!
