The holidays are now over, and it’s time to hit the reset button on your fitness. Let’s kick off the new year by getting our bodies moving and energy flowing. The Body Boost Challenge is all about increasing your movement and exercise throughout the week, setting the stage for a healthier, stronger you.
THE GOAL?
To build a consistent fitness routine that works for your body. Whether you’re looking to move more, stretch, or increase your strength, this challenge allows you to set your own goal by committing to a certain number of visits to Kula Body over the next 4 weeks.
WHY 4 WEEKS?
It takes around 21-30 days to build a habit – everyone’s different, so you’ll set a target that feels right for you. It’s about progress, not perfection!
