This workshop is your perfect opportunity to learn how to manage the stress that life seems to keep piling on us. If you think you may have been stuck in fight or flight for a few years, now its time to give your body a break. Your bodies ability to heal and maintain good health is drained significantly by ongoing stress and bottling things inside.
This workshop gives you the tools to let go of tension in the body, without needing to tell me your story or who said what to trigger you. IT’S JUST THE BODY LETTING GO, gently and naturally. Mel has been running the weekly TRE and monthly workshops at KULA for over two years now and had the pleasure of teaching a few hundred KULA members this easy skill. Many have told her it has been life changing as they have learnt that FEELING can be safe, that paying attention to the body and its messages hasn’t been overwhelming at all.
