This nourishing session supports rest, replenishment, and inner stillness as we align with the quiet energy of the season. Winter is governed by the Water element, supporting the Kidney and Bladder meridians — inviting us to slow down, conserve energy, and build deep reserves of strength, wisdom, and calm.
We journey inward through all the senses — sight, smell, sound, touch, and taste — guiding you home through the body to the heart.
